Your clutch cover, however, has met an unfortunate end, at the hands of a jagged rock. Your beloved steed bleeds out onto the dirt...leaving you hot, dry and desperate. - Gasket: Normally you can re-use the molded o-ring gasket from your current cover. Should you need a new one, you can purchase one from us here or from you KTM dealer.
- Screws: You can reuse the factory screws.
- Installation tip: To minimize spilling engine oil during the installation, you can carefully lean the bike against a wall or on its side-stand with front and rear wheels lifted at least 1.5" before removing the clutch cover (roll the bike over a 2x4 and rest it on the sidestand). Alternatively you can replace the cover during the next oil change.
